Mari Energies Limited and xLoop, a global AI engineering and consulting firm, have officially inaugurated the Mari Digital Skills, Training & Employment Program. This fully funded, five-month initiative is designed to equip 100 students from underserved regions—including interior Sindh and Waziristan—with high-demand technical skills and guaranteed job placement.
Mari Energies Limited and xLoop, a global AI engineering and consulting firm, held the inauguration ceremony of the Mari Digital Skills, Training & Employment Program — a fully funded, five-month initiative that will train 100 students from some of Pakistan's most underserved communities in web development, artificial intelligence, coding, and career readiness, followed by job placement opportunities upon successful completion.
The ceremony, held at xLoop's office in Karachi, brought together representatives from both organizations and marked a significant milestone in their shared commitment to digital inclusion and sustainable livelihoods for youth from interior Sindh, Waziristan, and regions nearby Mari Energies’ operational fields.

Delivered through xLoop's training and upskilling arm, xCelerate, the program provides hands-on, industry-aligned training across high-demand technology tracks including AI/ML, web development, cloud-native development, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
Participants are drawn exclusively from remote and underserved communities, with the program fully funded to remove economic barriers to access.
Upon successful completion of the program, top-performing candidates may be offered employment by xloop and put them on international cloud and AI projects as part of its global taskforce. Therefore, this program is first of its kind in the country, where all successful candidates are hired by the training organization.

During a time of global economic uncertainty, this partnership serves as a vital bridge to sustainable livelihoods. The program was built on a foundation of strict meritocracy to ensure the most dedicated talent from remote areas can access world-class training.
Director HSE at Mari Energies, emphasized the program's prestige:
"We've received so many applications from different places to get their children and relatives enrolled in this program. But through our rigorous processes, we wanted to enroll our students on merit. Everyone here, 100% is here on merit basis."
As a reliable, internationally validated leader in the AI for business space, xLoop serves as the primary enabler for this initiative.
VP Training at xLoop and Head of xCelerate, highlighted the long-term vision:
"It's a big opportunity for all of you. If you're able to focus and put in your efforts in the next 5 months... there will be no stopping you. This is true excellence from a CSR perspective. If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime. That's exactly our goal, to equip our students so they can build better lives for themselves and their families."
The program distinguishes itself by combining deep technical expertise with essential workplace readiness.
Head of HR at xLoop, who leads the soft skills development, noted:
"No matter what your background may be, a key differentiator of our course is that it is able to cater to our students' needs and is designed to equip them with the best tools so that they can reach forward and do great things with technology."
xLoop is a global AI engineering and data consulting firm founded in 2022, delivering solutions in Generative AI, Computer Vision, AI Security, and enterprise data management across the UAE, USA, Pakistan, and Qatar. xCelerate is xLoop's training and upskilling division, preparing talent for real careers in technology through industry-aligned bootcamps.
